Distinct Improvements TaylorMade rac Black TP wedge Review
With most of TaylorMade’s Tour staff using TP forged clubs, it’s a safe bet that the RAC TP wedges are pretty good. The heads were a bit harder than some, though there are no problems spinning golf balls. They are really one of the best golf clubs for sale you can buy.
The TaylorMade rac Black TP wedge features the same distinctive dark finish as the original rac Black wedge and the same classic, teardrop shape, but which incorporates some distinct improvements.
The TaylorMade rac Black TP wedge is engineered to deliver the kind of spin, playability and feel you need to attack the flag with confidence. Tour-proven Y-Cutter grooves promote quick-stopping bite and increase spin for maximum control and stopping power. A premium black finish diffuses light and reduces glare.
Although the TaylorMade rac Black TP wedge looks identical to the rac Black at first glance, closer inspection reveals subtle differences. As mentioned, the TaylorMade rac Black TP wedge features larger Feel Pockets. It also includes a small “Y” stamped on the upper toe section of the clubface, a reference to the Y-cutter grooves and the TP badge located on the back of the club.
It is a nice, simply designed wedge that works well and looks cooler than other golf clubs for sale in shops, but is probably more attractive to the TaylorMade fan looking for a wedge than to those looking for the best wedge that money can buy.
